<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing technique making it possible to process divided data kept distributed, without restoring the original data from the divided data. <P>SOLUTION: Data are divided by a predetermined method and divided elements including the divided data are created for each of the divided data and stored in a storage center. Each of the divided elements has a data part including the divided data, and a method part. The method part has the function of indicating to the other divided elements the processing of the divided data, the function of processing the divided data of the divided element having the method part, and the function of receiving from the other divided elements the result of processing the divided data, and is capable of performing a specific process in an autonomous-distributed manner while keeping the divided data distributed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
