<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, server and the like for supporting business operation aimed at important customers for whom business operation should be executed intensively. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal 11 for business staff receives the input of business operation information about the contents of business operation executed on the customers by the business staff, and sends this input information to an SFA server 15. The SFA server 15 receives the business operation information from the terminal 11 and stores it in a database in which a variety of information about the customers is registered.
