PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative metal plate which is applied as an outdoor building material such as a roof material, a wall material, a door or the like adapted to the outside of a building or an indoor building material such as a wall material, a partition material, a door or the like, prevents the adverse influence on environment due to the generation of a toxic substance such as dioxins or the like or a pollutant such as hydrogen chloride or the like at the time of incineration and disposal and has excellent bending workability, design properties, design durability and weatherability. SOLUTION: The decorative metal plate includes a multilayer resin film made by sequentially laminating a transparent acrylic resin layer made of an acrylic resin obtained by blending an acrylic resin of 0-40 wt% with an acrylic rubber of 60-100 wt%, a print layer and a colored acrylic resin layer formed by adding a color pigment to the transparent acrylic resin from a surface layer side and is obtained by laminating this multilayer resin film on at least one side surface of a metal plate through an adhesive layer. The design properties of this metal plate are enhanced by applying emboss processing to the transparent acrylic resin layer selectively to provide fine recessed parts. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
