PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding such as a bottom mattress or a quilt compactly stored by folding or winding them and having superior usability and durability. SOLUTION: A center core 1 is formed of a longitudinally laminated material into a columnar shape or a rod shape having a length equal or approximately equal to the bedding width and this bedding is provided with the plurality of center cores 1 (for example, twenty cores). A center core covering fabric 2 covers the plurality of center cores 1. The bedding side 3 is so formed that the center cores 1 by the number being equal to or approximately equal to the bedding length are connected together by sewing or joining the center core covering fabric 2 so as to bring into contact with one surface of the respective center cores or the center core covering fabric 2 covering the respective center cores 1.
