PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water pipeline for an endoscope capable of ejecting so as to spray a mixed fluid of water and air from the tip of an insertion part without swelling a patient's celom by simple constitution. SOLUTION: A blockage 7a whose channel cross section is locally narrowed is formed in the neighborhood of the tip opening 6 of the water pipe line 7 opening at the tip of the insertion part 1 of the endoscope, and a ventilation path 9 opening at a side wall surface in the neighborhood of the exit of the blockage 7a to be communicated with an outer surface at the end of the insertion part 1 is formed so as to suck air surrounding the tip part of the insertion part 1 through the ventilation path 9.
