PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service of monitoring of the elderly and security monitoring of an empty house. SOLUTION: This system is comprised of a controller which processes information from a lot of sensors or the like and transmits it by a communication means with always-on connection environment using the Internet protocol, and a center device which processes the information transmitted via the communication means from the controller by one or more media with a function of reception, accumulation, and process. The system consists of the controller, the center device, and a WAN and/or a LAN where the communication between the controller and the center device has always-on connection environment using the Internet protocol, and the information from a targeted monitor is shared and processed by the controller and the center device in appropriate proportion, therefore the information from a lot of monitors can be transmitted, received, and processed.
