PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtering information processing system capable of performing efficient filtering information processing without increasing costs, performing a detailed filtering service, preventing the drop of an access speed, and making uninstallation difficult. SOLUTION: The filtering information processing system has a first information processor 3 connected to the Internet 4 and a second information processor 2 connected to an Internet terminal 1 through a LAN 7 connected to the first information processor and the Internet. The first information processor has a filtering discrimination regulation means 13 for determining that an accessed web page corresponds to a previously set regulation condition or not. The second information processor has a policy determination means 9 for determining whether a reference request from the Internet terminal 1 is passed through the first information processor or not on the basis of previously defined filtering policy.
