PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a seat from getting in the way of the operator getting on/off in a working vehicle having a set for backhoe placed at a rear portion of a tractor. SOLUTION: A seat 34 is placed on a backhoe in a manner that the seat 34 faces backward for an operator who operates a working device of the backhoe to seat thereon, and the seat 34 is supported swingably up and down around a spindle 44 in a horizontal direction placed on the back face side of the seat 34, to change the position of the seat 34 between a seating position for allowing the operator to set thereon and an unused position swung downward around the spindle 44 from the seating position.
