PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notebook with a writing implement held therein which prevents practically lost of the writing implement, which is smart and makes it possible to write a diary or household accounts any time without seeking for the writing implement, since the implement is held integrally therewith, and which makes it unnecessary to carry the writing implement separately and thus provides convenience. SOLUTION: A holding pocket 1 of the writing implement is provided by cutting out pages except a front cover 4 and a back cover 5, at the same position and in the same shape.
