PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fraudulence monitoring device of a game machine, for surely finding fraudulence to the adjacent game machine of the same model to give a warning. SOLUTION: The game machines 1 of the same model are disposed adjacent to each other, and control devices of the adjacent game machines 1 are connected to communicate with each other. The control device of the game machine 1 reads a key value or an application program stored at a designated address of a ROM of the adjacent control device, and compares the key value or the application program with a key value or an application program stored in own ROM. At the time, in the case where both key values or the application programs do not agree with each other, the adjacent game machine 1 is determined to be an illegal stand and abnormality is informed to a management computer 4.
