Electronic device products and the like are components, which constitute finished or planned and developed products in the future. Therefore, in addition to obtaining information for each component, to retrieve information from finished products is desirable. The apparatus allows one to visualize a data for a device component, determine whether there is information regarding a party providing a component at first sight. Further, it is also an object to control timeliness of disclosure of information and range of disclosure of information by a group identifier and the like, which are assigned to an access person, in regard to important information like information related to a component and the like.
