PURPOSE: A hinge is provided to increase damping force and to improve damping efficiency in a closing area of the hinge. CONSTITUTION: A hinge(1) comprises a hinge part(2) composed of a fixing stop part and a movable hinge part(4) connected mutually by an assembling shaft(7), and a damping apparatus mounted in the hinge part. A movable damping member is convertible or rotatable, and operated by a gear unit of the other hinge part in the closing area of the hinge. Three or more movable gear members(20,27) are formed to regulate the movable damping member according to the tilt of the movable hinge part based on the assembling shaft(7), one of the movable gear members is a damping member(19) itself. The damping apparatus is a rotating damper(16) transporting a pinion(20) by the damping member(19). |
