PURPOSE: A jam prevention latch structure of a vehicle door is provided to previously prevent the jam generated at the door latch due to the collision of the inner operational levers. CONSTITUTION: A jam prevention latch structure of a vehicle door includes a locking lever(3), a control lever(4) and an outside lever(5). The locking lever(3) is rotated in response to the movement of the actuator load(2) operated by the rotation of the actuator lever(1). The control lever(4) is changed into a locking/unlocking status in response to the rotation direction of the locking lever(3) by hinge connected with the locking lever(3). The outside lever(5) is positioned on the bottom side of the control lever(4) rotatably operated by the handle operation. And, the jam prevention latch structure further includes a return spring(8) is applying the tensile force. |
