METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SELECTING PAYING MEANS IN BANKING TRANSACTION USING MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for selecting a paying means in a banking transaction using a mobile communication terminal are provided to allow a user to select a paying means in a mobile communication terminal having various paying means. CONSTITUTION: When a key is pressed for setting a paying means selecting mode through a key pad of a mobile communication terminal, a control module sets a paying means selecting mode(S100) and serial numbers are given to a plurality of paying means and the paying means are displayed(S102). The control module determines whether a serial number is inputted to select a specific paying means(S104). When a serial number of a certain paying means is selected, the control module controls to transmit particulars information about a paying means selection to a radio signal connector(S106). Credit transaction processing module checks whether there exists the paying means selected by a user(S108) and determines whether there is a response for confirming existence of the selected paying means(S110). When a response for confirming existence of the selected paying means, a paying is made and authentication is processed for certain banking transactions(S116).
