PURPOSE: Provided are a static electricity removing tool for outsole, a static electricity removed outsole, and an electricity removing method of foot wear bottom which maintain the material characteristics of outsole and to prevent the electricity removing function from being lowered by contamination. CONSTITUTION: The static electricity removing tool for outsole includes: a basic plate(1), having an attaching unit for the ground-contacting surface of the outsole withinside; a static electricity removing sheet(2), using the corona discharge to remove the electricity; a recess(11), arranged in the ground-contacting surface of the basic plate(1) and having a more depth than the thickness of the static electricity removing sheet(2); and a concave step(40), formed in the outside of the static electricity removing sheet(2) by bonding the static electricity removing sheet(2) to the bottom of the recess(11), and having a more concave form than the ground-contacting surface of the basic plate(1).
