PURPOSE: A clutchless compressor with tearing parts is provided to reduce the parts required for coupling and separating and surely block the power after the separation without disturbing the rotation of a pulley. CONSTITUTION: A clutchless compressor with tearing parts includes a pulley(100) formed with a plurality of insertion holes(101) on a side surface to secure a disc plate, and the disc plate connected to a compressor. The disc plate has insertion parts(201) on a bottom surface facing the pulley, wherein the insertion parts are inserted into the insertion holes of the pulley. The disc plate has a hub fixing part(202) in the center of a top surface, wherein the hub fixing part has a plurality of tearing parts at a lower end. Molded insertion parts(300) formed of buffering elements surround the insertion parts, wherein the molded insertion parts are inserted into the insertion holes, thereby connecting the pulley to the disc plate.
