<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically arrange human resources which are suitable for work contents and are necessary and sufficient to work amounts at each manufacturing base, according to the production plans of each manufacturing spots. <P>SOLUTION: This is a system for distributing production capacities, in which a plurality of manufacturing bases and a human resource managing part for managing information on man power are connected with one another via a network, and in which the man power is distributed to the manufacturing bases. The managing part has information, regarding the biographies of the workers, the manufacturing bases are configured to have information regarding the production plans and working times needed for productions calculated, according to the production plan. At the manufacturing bases, the man power needed for the work is calculated, based on the working times, and man power is distributed through the network with reference to the information about the man power of the human resource managing part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
