<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information delivery system capable of delivering desired information to locally installed devices of various uses, including vending machines in various locations, by using mobile devices such as cellphones and mobile terminals as input devices, and using the locally installed devices as if they are users' output devices. <P>SOLUTION: The information delivery system includes locally installed devices such as vending machines 10 each with a display 21, a speaker, a camera 22, and a microphone 23; a data service center 50 which sends and receives signals to and from the locally installed devices via a public network, a special network, or a wireless communication network and the like; terminal devices such as cellphones and mobile information terminals; a means to search for information which the users request to deliver by use of the Internet-accessing function or communicating function of the terminal devices and to deliver this information from the data service center 50 to the displays 21 and speakers of the locally installed devices such as vending machines 50; and a charging means for charging the users for the information provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
