<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily obtaining a sheet for a gas diffusion electrode with a small number of steps at low manufacturing cost by improving a complicated gas diffusion electrode manufacturing method for obtaining a sheet by a rolling machine from a dispersion solution for the gas diffusion electrode and hot-pressing the sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In the gas diffusion electrode sheet manufacturing method, dispersion solution for a gas diffusion electrode is poured inside a cylindrical rotor, the rotor is rotated at a high speed so as to realize the imaginary of ≥ 1,000 G, and solid contents are separated and deposited on an inner wall of the rotor. The dispersion solution is preferably heated so that the temperature of the dispersion solution for the gas diffusion electrode containing polyoxyethylene type non-ionic surfactant is not lower than the cloud point of the surfactant, or the dispersion solution for the gas diffusion electrode is preferably self-organized by adding alcohol to the dispersion solution for the gas diffusion electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
