<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collection system of a punch laser combined operation machine which can prevent clogging and breakage of a filter and is suitable for high-speed working and continuous operation. <P>SOLUTION: The dust collection system has a belt conveyor 8 for dust collection disposed at the bottom end of a dust collection pipe 9. The belt conveyor 8 for dust collection compartmentalizes a dust collection duct 11 and the pipe 9 by a dust collection conveyor belt 45 traveling while receiving the scrap and dust falling through the pipe 9. The belt 45 functions as the filter having a number of suction holes 65 for acting the suction force from a dust collector 12 through the duct 11 on the pipe 9. The pipe 9 is internally provided with a shock-absorbing means 10 for preventing the scrap and dust generated by laser beam machining from falling directly onto the belt 45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
