<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultraviolet light-curable ink which has a large ultraviolet light-curing rate and has good weather resistance against ultraviolet light, and to provide a printed product. <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet light-curable ink is characterized by comprising an ultraviolet light-curable composition comprising either one of a polymerizable monomer and a polymerizable oligomer, a photopolymerization initiator, and a polymerizable ultraviolet light absorbent, wherein the molar ratio of the photopolymerization initiator : the polymerizable ultraviolet light absorbent is 1:0.55 to 1:0.02, and a pigment comprising an oriented three-dimensional cross-linked substance having a liquid crystal structure having a chiral phase.
