PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface stainproof composite resin film which can maintain a light transmittance or light reflectivity outdoors for a long period of time by an anti-staining function due to the surface hydrophilic property of the film.

SOLUTION: The composite resin film is formed by using a resin film having a thickness of at least 1μm or more as a base film and providing one or more layers on a surface of the base film. The uppermost surface layer of the film is formed of a coating dry film containing a condensate of a silicon compound as a binder component and having a surface water droplet contact angle of 40°or less.
