<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load and processing delay of network relay equipment in the case of distributing video data of a network camera instrument connected with a video distribution network to the side of a display terminal and stops distribution. <P>SOLUTION: An analog video signal and an analog audio signal obtained by a video input part 11 and an audio input part 12 are converted into uncompressed digital data by an A/D conversion part 13 and converted into compressed digital data by an information compression part 14. Then, the compressed digital data is defined as payload of packets such as a multicast packet, a broadcast packet, a unicast packet and an RTF (real-time transport protocol) packet of a format to be specified by a control part 21 by a packet generation part 15, the packets are transferred to a transmission control packet 16 and distributed on the network via a network interface part 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
