PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve start-up performance of friction torque by increasing surface pressure of a friction surface of a synchronizer ring and a synchronized member in an index condition. SOLUTION: When it is in the index condition, taper angles of a first friction surface 6a and a second friction surface 7a are made different so that only a part A in the axial direction of the first friction surface 6a and the second friction surface 7a is brought into contact with the whole periphery, and at the same time, an oil groove 6b is provided to only the part A of at least either of the first friction surface 6a and the second friction surface 7a.
