PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device for restraining generation of static electricity by avoiding the generation of the static electricity by a fuel filter. SOLUTION: This fuel supply device 2 has a fuel pump 3 for sucking in fuel in a fuel tank and the fuel filter for filtering the fuel sucked in by the fuel pump 3, and sends the fuel outside the fuel tank via a fuel pipe P. The fuel filter is provided with a first filter element 4a including a material positioned in an upper part to the fuel in an electrification row of the static electricity and a second filter element 4b including a material positioned in a lower part to the fuel in this electrification row, and supplies the fuel outside the fuel tank after merging the fuel respectively passing through the first and second filter elements 4a and 4b.
