PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor whose mechanical strength such as wear resistance and damage resistance is excellent and whose repetitive stability is high and a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device possessing the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor which possesses a photoreceptive layer on a supporting body and whose surface layer incorporates electrically insulated binder resin and a high molecular substance for transporting an electric charge, the high molecular substance for transporting the electric charge has the molecular weight distribution (weight average molecular weight) having two or more peaks.
