PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation and fluctuation of a S/N ratio in a biochemical assay method for forcibly circulating a reaction solution in an adsorptive region. SOLUTION: A ligand or a receptor is combined with the adsorptive region of an aseptic biochemical analysis unit having the porous adsorptive region. A gas decrease process is applied to the reaction solution including a labeled receptor or a labeled ligand labeled by a labeling material, and decreases a dissolved gas. The reaction solution including the labeled receptor or the labeled ligand is forcibly made to flow, and traverses the adsorptive region. The labeled receptor or the labeled ligand is specifically combined with the ligand or the receptor. An enzyme labeled antibody is specifically combined with the labeled receptor or the labeled ligand. The enzyme labeled antibody specifically combined with the labeled receptor or the labeled ligand is brought into contact with a chemiluminescence substrate.
