PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head which stably discharges ink by suppressing a volume variation of a non discharge channel and reducing effects of residual vibration generated when the non discharge nozzle is changed over to a discharge channel. SOLUTION: The inkjet recording head has a substrate 1 formed of a piezoelectric material, and a top plate (lid plate) 6 formed of a piezoelectric material. A plurality of grooves 2, 2 ... are set on the substrate 1, and the top plate 6 is set to cover the grooves 2. A partition wall driving electrode 3a is set at a side wall of the groove 2. A top plate driving electrode (lid plate driving electrode) 3b is formed at a boundary region to the top plate 6 side of the groove 2. In other words, each groove 2 has the partition wall driving electrode 3a and the top plate driving electrode 3b to be a channel A, B, C covered with the top plate 6.
