摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary member driving device for a game machine, with which power transmitting loss is reduced, a smooth rotary motion is obtained, life (durability) is prolonged in each part, a large arrangement space is no needed, miniaturization is achieved, and a degree of freedom is enhanced in design. SOLUTION: This rotary member driving device 70 for opening/closing the electric tulips 50 of a start prize-winning port 46 includes an ultrasonic motor 72. Its rotary shaft 74 is connected to each electric tulip 50 via gears 76, 82, 78, 80. The ultrasonic motor 72 is driven, so that the rotary force of the rotary shaft 74, being a circular motion as it is, is transmitted as a force to rotate the electric tulips 50. Thus, power transmission loss is reduced, the device is miniaturized, and durability is improved in each part without giving a useless load on a connection mechanism. Besides, there is no need for the normal continuity of energizing in the case of non-driving, opportunities for giving noise to a controller is reduced, and then, an erroneous operation is restricted.
