PURPOSE: A variable ventilation hole of a vehicle and a control method thereof are provided to prevent the ringing in the ears by the pressure generated when closing a vehicle door. CONSTITUTION: A variable ventilation hole of a vehicle includes a door switch(10), a control part(20), an actuator(30), a plate(40), and ventilation hole control plates(50). The door switch generates signals on the opening/closing states of a vehicle door. The control part outputs an actuator control signal in response to the door switch signal. The plate is connected to a driving rod of the actuator to move right and left by the operation of the driving rod. The ventilation hole control plates are opened or closed by the right and left movement of the plate. If the vehicle door is opened, the area size of the ventilation hole is expanded while an original size of the ventilation hole becomes recovered as the vehicle door is closed, thereby discharging the pressure generated by sudden closing of the vehicle door to the outside.
