The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for medical use, which comprises a supporting layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on at least one side of the supporting layer, wherein each of the supporting layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is prepared from an aqueous polymer dispersion and the supporting layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are in the state of being anchored each other at the boundary thereof. This pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for medical use is produced, for example, by simultaneously applying at least a coating fluid for forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a coating fluid for forming a supporting layer in this order to a release meager and drying the coating fluids applied.
