PURPOSE: An adjusting device of an electric power mirror is provided to have a preventive mechanism not to remove a nail portion from a screw portion of an actuator housing when a mirror holder is pulled strongly at a mirror exchange operation. CONSTITUTION: A worm wheel(5) is rotated by an actuator(2) with a rotating shaft. An adjusting nut(4) is slid through the direction of the rotating shaft. The adjusting nut is not rotated for the rotation of the worm wheel relatively. An actuator housing has a screw portion(21d) to be assembled the adjusting nut to move through a normal direction against a screw rotation face of the screw portion. The adjusting nut has a convex portion to be extended from the outer face to the external direction. The worm wheel has a stopper portion toward the surface of the adjusting nut. The adjusting nut is assembled with the worm wheel to restrict the adjusting nut by clashing the convex portion with the stopper portion. Thereby, the removing of the adjusting nut from the worm wheel is prevented.
