PURPOSE: An electrodeposition painting process system of automobile is provided to prevent bending of the surface of a roof panel caused by sinking of the roof panel generated when lifting up the body of the automobile from electrodeposition tank after the electrodeposition process. CONSTITUTION: In an electrodeposition painting process system of automobile comprising an electrodeposition tank(20) in which an electrodeposition solution(21) is contained, and a drop lifter(30) installed on an upper part of the electrodeposition tank to vertically move the body(10) of the automobile in the electrodeposition tank, the electrodeposition painting process system of automobile is characterized in that the system comprises an air supply means(100) which is installed at one side of the electrodeposition tank and supplies air to the vacuum part to remove a vacuum part(40) generated when lifting up the body of the automobile, wherein the air supply means comprises an air injection nozzle(110) installed at one side of an inner part of the electrodeposition tank, an air pump(120) for injecting external compressed air into the air injection nozzle, and a solenoid valve(130) installed between the air injection nozzle and the air pump to control supply of air.
