PURPOSE: A structure of a mirror for rear seats' passengers is provided to make rear seats' passengers easily use the mirror by inserting a mirror member protruded by a push member into a front seat's headrest. CONSTITUTION: In a vehicle having a headrest(11) formed at the upper part of a seat to protect heads of passengers, a structure of a mirror for rear seats' passengers is composed of a bar inserted into a bar inserting groove formed in the headrest and protruded by a push member(26); a combining projection(24) arranged at the end of the bar with having a spherical groove; a mirror member(22) inserted into a mirror inserting groove connected with the bar inserting groove and opened to the side of the headrest, and attached with the mirror; and a spherical rotary projection(23) protruded at the inner end of the mirror member and inserted into the combining projection. The mirror member comprises a frame unit including an inserting groove unit therein; a shock absorbing unit inserted into the inserting groove unit; a mirror unit put on the shock absorbing unit; and a transparent film unit put on the mirror unit and adhered to the front of the frame unit.
