FIELD: forest and wood-working industries. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in the fact5 that before division of the log into sectors it is sawn into two segment plates for subsequent division into sectors, one blank of a trapezoidal section is obtained from each sector, at sawing-out of a trapezoidal blank from a sector separation of the central zone of the log is accomplished simultaneously with separation of the run-off zone by parallel tangential saw cuts perpendicular to one of the quartered laminas of the sector. The blanks are joined in semifinished items in pairs. EFFECT: enhanced production rate and simplified production process. 1 dwg |
