PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyester-based resin fine particles capable of being produced by using recycled non-cross-linked waste polyethylene terephthalate, etc., as a raw material, and having an excellent thermoplastic property and various performances derived from residual functional groups and a method for producing the polyester-based resin particles.
