<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply determining whether or not Japanese sake and alcoholic beverage in a container are in a temperature range for sherbet when producing sherbet-like Japanese sake in general households or restaurants. <P>SOLUTION: Whether or not Japanese sake and alcoholic beverage are in a supercooled state can be determined by discoloration of heat-sensitive ink by fitting a label or a seal using heat-sensitive ink having a specified temperature-sensitive range to a container with Japanese sake and alcoholic beverage filled therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
