摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective technology for easily preventing reduction in output torque of an engine generated when raising an exhaust air temperature by throttling-adjusting an exhaust passage of the engine for performing regenerating processing of a collecting means for collecting particulates without complicating control. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device 100 performs purification processing of exhaust gas exhausted from the diesel engine 10, and is provided with a conduit 30 for connecting a boost compensator 230 and the exhaust passage 12 for adjusting a fuel injection quantity to the diesel engine 10. When increasing exhaust pressure of the exhaust passage 12 by throttling-controlling an exhaust throttle valve 18 in the regenerating processing of a collecting device 14, a driving quantity of the boost compensator 230 changes by exhaust air derived via the conduit 30, and the fuel injection quantity by a fuel injection quantity adjusting mechanism is increased.
