SOLUTION: In material order processing, a CPU 11, if determining that the remaining amount of a material is smaller than a preset reference amount according to a result of remaining material amount detection by a remaining material amount detection part 15, displays on a display part 19 a selection screen for a selection of either a "material supplier designation mode" where one material supplier to be requested is predesignated or a "competitive estimate mode" where a plurality of material suppliers to be requested are selected for every estimate request, as a selecting operation mode for selecting material suppliers to be requested to make an estimate of the material.
