PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition of a lightweight material having more superior vibration-dumping properties and capable of being simply produced by using a macromolecular material as a main constituent. SOLUTION: The resin composition having the good vibration-dumping properties is obtained by dispersing one or more kinds of powders of resins selected from a polyamide, a polyester, a polyurea and a polyurethane, in a macromolecular material.
