PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deconstructing method of an incineration facility preventing the dispersion of harmful substance attached to a worker and preventing the dispersion of harmful substance attached to a conveying means to the atmospheric air. SOLUTION: An incinerator 2 is mounted inside of a sealed incineration facility 1, and this method comprises a changing room (cleaning room) 3 arranged at one side face of the incineration facility 1, a sealed indoor deconstructed material storage space 4 arranged at the other side face of the incineration facility 1, a sealed indoor car washing room 5 arranged side by side with the indoor deconstructed matter storage place 4, a carrier car TA for carrying the deconstructed matter D from the indoor deconstructed matter storage place, an outdoor deconstructed matter storage place 6 for temporarily storing the deconstructed matter D carried by the carrier car TA, and a carrier car TB for carrying the deconstructed matter D from the outdoor deconstructed matter storage place 6 to a scrap storage place. The presence or absence of harmful substance is analyzed by temporarily leaving the deconstructed matter D as it is in the indoor deconstructed matter storage place 4 after the deconstruction of the incinerator 2, and the deconstructed matter D is carried to the outdoor deconstructed matter storage place 6 in a state free from the harmful substance.
