PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball tap capable of reducing a cost and reliably preventing pulling down of a constitution part. SOLUTION: The ball tap comprises a lead-out opening to lead out water W into a water storage tank, a valve seat, an element having a valve element, a float, and a link mechanism for displacing the valve element by the float. The link mechanism has a regulating part 12. The regulating part 12 is provided with a coupling element 16 providing on an outer peripheral surface with a male thread 14 and a knob 15, a first holding element 19 having a female thread 18 joined in a screwed-in state with the male thread 14, and a second holding element 20 to rotatably hold the other end 16b of the coupling element 16 with the coupling element. The regulating part has falling-off preventing means 50 and 51 to prevent falling off of the first holding element 19 from the coupling element 16 and falling off of the second holding element 20 and the knob 15.
