PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid compressor device capable of improving vehicle fuel economy performance while ensuring cooling function when an engine stops. SOLUTION: In this hybrid compressor device in which a gear shift mechanism 150 is provided among a pulley 110, a motor 120, and a compressor 130, a required cooling capacity determining means S120 for determining cooling capacity required for a refrigeration cycle device 200 and engine stop determining means S130, S150 for determining the presence or absence of stop of the engine 10 are provided in a controller 160. At least either of the pulley 110 and the motor 120 is selected as a driving source of the compressor 130 in accordance with results of determination of the required cooling capacity determining means S120 and the engine stop determining means S130, S150. When the motor 120 is selected as the driving source, the number of revolutions of the motor 120 is increased and reduced to satisfy cooling capacity requiring refrigerant discharge amount based on the number of revolutions of the compressor 130.
