PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely ensure sealing force of a sealing member in a fitting structure of a diffusion blow-off section and an air conditioning duct. SOLUTION: This fitting structure is provided with the diffusion blow-off section 6 having a blow-off face 6b on which a plurality of minute holes 6a are formed and blowing off air conditioning air by blowing it off from the plurality of minute holes 6a at one time to diffuse it in a vehicle room and a duct 8 for leading air conditioning air fed from an indoor air conditioning unit 2 into the diffusion blow-off section 6. Packing 9 deformed elastically to seal between the diffusion blow-off section 6 and the duct 8 is provided in the duct 8. The diffusion blow-off section 6 is fitted on the branch duct 8 so that elastic deformation of the packing 9 gets deformed in the direction substantially parallel with the blow-off face 6b of the diffusion blow-off section 6. Consequently, even if the diffusion blow-off section 6 is pushed out and moved in the direction substantially vertical for the blow-off face 6b by pressure of air conditioning air, it is possible to avoid that compression amount of the packing 9 is reduced.
