SIDE SHIELD FOR VEHICLE SEAT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side shield for vehicle seat, using a smaller number of parts than the conventional one and simplifying the assembling work. SOLUTION: The side shield body 1 comprises an outside side member 3, and an inside side member 2 attached to the rear half of the outside side member 3. A notch part 4 is provided in the upper edge of the outside side member 3 for housing an anchor. A wall plate part 5 is provided in the inner rim part of the notch part 4 for covering the notch part. An overhang part 6 is provided in the inside side member 2 for fitting into the notch part 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
