PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure forming die which can realize a square opening 2, can simplify a member for fitting with a decorative frame or the like, and can eliminate the need to conduct special work such as prolongation of a cooling time for warpage prevention. SOLUTION: This pressure forming die is used for the formation of an angular hole pot-like pressure formed product which is in a pot form with a narrowed and rectangular opening periphery 2. An opening periphery part corresponding to the opening periphery in the die is formed so that each side thereof is bulged outward. The degree of bulging is determined so that each side of the opening periphery becomes linear by deformation upon material cooling after molding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
