PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to an inner rail by a hammer for adjusting nails. SOLUTION: A prescribed game is performed by causing game balls to flow down in a game region P on a game board 4 of a pachinko machine 1. The pachinko machine 1 is provided with game nails which are disposed in the game region P for changing the direction of flow of the game balls, the inner rail 7 which is disposed on the outer edge of the game region P for guiding the game balls caused to flow down in the game region P toward an outlet 6 and a protective member 20 which is disposed for covering the side of the game region P of the inner rail 7.
