MICROBIAL CULTURE MEDIUM, MICROBE ASSIMILATING ORGANIC ACID AND METHOD FOR RESTORING GARBAGE DISPOSAL FROM RANCID STATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for restoring a garbage disposal from a rancid state, a microbe assimilating organic acid and suitable for the restoring method and a microbial culture medium capable of culturing the microbe assimilating organic acid. SOLUTION: The microbial culture medium capable of culturing the microbe assimilating organic acid contains an aqueous solution containing acetic acid or lactic acid in combination with an inorganic salt. The microbe assimilating organic acid is separated by using the microbial culture medium. The method for restoring the garbage disposal from the rancid state comprises the assimilation of the organic acid in a treatment tank with the microbe assimilating organic acid to increase the pH of the rancid garbage by adding the microbe assimilating organic acid to the garbage of rancid state caused by the organic acid generated in the treatment tank, and the addition of the microbe to decompose organic materials to the rancid garbage having increased pH value.
