PURPOSE: A device for controlling an indoor pressure for a vehicle is provided to smoothly open and shut a door or a trunk lid by discharging indoor air to the outside by working an actuator when a pressure of a vehicle inside is higher than a predetermined pressure. CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensing element senses an inner pressure changed by opening and shutting a door of a vehicle. A solenoid valve(20) receives a control signal from an ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(14) according to a sensing signal of the pressure sensing element for discharging air stored in a tank(21). An actuator(23) is operated by the air discharged from the tank. A working rod(25) is connected with the actuator by the medium of a turnbuckle(24). A rotary member(26) is connected with an end of the working rod for rotating starting from a hinge(27), having an elongated hole(26a). An exhaust element is moved to discharge internal air to the outside.
