PURPOSE: A device for regulating the brightness of a rear lamp of a vehicle is provided to select and regulate the brightness of the rear lamp to bright and dark places with manual operations of a driver by dividing the rear lamp into low and high beam rear lamps to secure a rear visual field of the vehicle at dark places. CONSTITUTION: A device for regulating the brightness of a rear lamp(20) of a vehicle is composed of a battery; a rear lamp switch(10) connected with the battery to select the lighting of the rear lamp to operations of a driver; a dimmer switch connected with the rear lamp switch in series to select high and low beams of the rear lamp; and high and low beam rear lamps(23,24,21,22) lit up to the intensity of illumination selected by the dimmer switch.
